The form is structured to take three steps. This is necessary to
reduce spam from automatic form bots.
Fill in the appropriate entries for your options.
Choose a subject line that makes sense or it will be automatically
flushed.
I prefer that the Topic/Section be the numeric
section titles from the Bibliography, but general topics specifications
may be used.
Note that some fields don't accept every known character pattern. This
is a feature. Avoid the usual url control characters and everything
should work.
